💸 Refund / Return Policy

At BharatCart Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
A valid reason and unboxing video (if requested) must be provided
⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:
Innerwear, cosmetics, personal care items
Clearance sale or discounted items
Damages due to user mishandling
🚚 2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Order ID
Product details
Reason for return
Our team will verify and schedule a pickup (if applicable)
Product will be inspected after we receive it
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
💳 3. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method:
UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, etc.
COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer only
🛠️ 4. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Raise the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/video proof
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, based on stock availability
📦 5. No Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
📝 6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping only
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–7 days
❗7. Important Notes
Returned items that fail quality check will be sent back to the customer
Repeated return abuse may result in account suspension
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
